America’s Mental Health Crisis Demands Action
The United States is facing a mental health crisis, and organizations on the front lines are stretched thin. Many nonprofits, counselors, and community programs operate with limited budgets that cover only their core services.
That leaves little room for additional resources that spark connection and healing. Gratitude journals are a simple, tangible way to begin conversations around mental health and place supportive tools directly in the hands of those in crisis.
Research shows journaling can reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and support resilience, practices that directly complement counseling and crisis services.

THE VISION:
Normalize mental health practices by making gratitude a daily tool accessible to all, especially underserved communities.
THE MISSION:
Distribute co-branded gratitude journals in partnership with corporations and nonprofits, placing supportive tools directly in the hands of individuals in need through organizations such as: United Way – Big Brothers Big Sisters of America – American Red Cross – The Salvation Army – Feeding America – Boys & Girls Clubs of America – Goodwill Industries – The Boy Scouts of America – Girl Scouts of the USA, and so many more…
HOW IT WORKS?
A Corporation commits to purchasing X-number of journals.
We collaborate, along with the selected nonprofit(s), on the branding, design, and content of the journals (front & back covers and inside front cover). Like the journals featured below, we will feature life-saving content, such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, on the back of the journals. See additional samples of our custom journals here.
Once the design is approved by the Corporation and the Nonprofit, we manufacture the journals and ship them directly to each of the nonprofit’s locations throughout the U.S.
