  • Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping is free for all orders within the US. International shipping rates apply and are calculated based on quantities and location.

  • Yes. Retailers in Asheville, NC receive 50% off MSRP with local delivery. Retailers outside Asheville receive 40% off MSRP with free setup & shipping. Just contact us and we’ll create a custom wholesale code for checkout on our site.

  • Yes. Pockitudes journals are intentionally inclusive and free of religious, political, or sensitive content. All content focuses on universal themes like gratitude, mindfulness, and kindness, making them appropriate for schools, workplaces, nonprofits, healthcare settings, and diverse communities. They’re designed to feel welcoming and safe for all backgrounds and belief systems.

  • You can customize the front cover, back cover, inside front cover, and inside back cover. The interior text pages are not customizable.

  • No. Our Shop journals are ready-made products and are not customizable. Custom branding is only available through our Custom Journals page.

  • Our Shop journals are pre-designed Pockitudes journals you can order right away. Custom Journals are designed specifically for your organization or event with your branding, messages, or artwork.

  • Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom branded journals is 200 journals.

  • Most custom orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks from the date you approve your emailed PDF proof.

  • Yes. You will receive a PDF proof by email. Production begins once you give your approval. We do not mail a hardcopy proof.

  • All journals are designed and manufactured in Asheville, NC.

  • Both of our custom and our original pocket-sized journals at 3.5” x 5.5” inches.
